Beverages: Let Due North Outposts look after your beverage requirements. Pre-arrange the purchase and delivery of your supplies to the outpost. Available brands include: Labatt’s Blue, Labatt’s Blue Light, Molson Canadian, Budweiser, Bud Light and Coors Light. Please call for pricing.
Groceries: We have a pre-set menu that will fulfill your meal requirements (except beverages) no matter the number of people in your group or the number of nights at the camp! The menu offers a variety of meals with good quality ingredients that are generously proportioned and easily prepared. Please take the time to peruse the menu that matches up with the number of nights in your trip as listed below.
- 4 nights – $100 per person
- 5 nights – $120 per person
- 6 nights – $140 per person
- 7 nights – $160 per person
Bait and Licenses: We are an authorized issuer of fishing/hunting licenses and are a licensed outlet for the sale of live bait (night crawlers, leeches and minnows). We do recommend crawlers to all groups as they are the hardiest in warmer weather and are very effective with plastics. Remember that you will be fishing in mostly dark stained water and scent is just as important as appearance. Minnows are available for a very limited time in the spring and are quickly unavailable when the temperatures rise. Always order bait ahead of time so ensure availability and optimum freshness. Bait prices are based on current availabilities.
Parking: At our main base we supply parking for all our fishing and hunting guests and safe keep their keys while they are out on their adventure.
Overnight Facilities: Due North Outposts is equipped with full bathroom facilities at the main base including a shower for those guests wanting to freshen up before their journey home. We do not, however, provide overnight accommodations for guests who arrive in Armstrong the night before fly out. We highly recommend the 1) McKenzie Lake Inn or the 2) Chateau North for overnight stays. If your group requires transportation from the Thunder Bay International Airport to our main base, we recommend contacting a ride from Granite Town Cars.
